MicroSeal is warranted to protect against all types of spots & stains except those that are highly acidic, Iodine based, bleach, Ink dyes, or food dyes. There is no fabric protection that will protect against urine or vomit. We provide carpet & upholstery cleaning instructions for treating most common spots & stains.

Upholstery cleaning of stains & spills: Check the cleaning instructions tag on the piece. If none, check with your sales person or assume it is a dry clean only fabric. Blot up spill with a paper towel; do not scrub as this will set the stain. DO NOT USE WATER on dry clean only fabrics. When in doubt, keep the stain moist (if not dry clean only fabric) by spritzing with water and call our service department immediately. We will send out our spot removal technician ASAP. If the spill is covered by our warranty above, and the cleaning is unsuccessful, we happily refund the cost of the application and the cleaning.

Carpet spills & carpet stain cleaning: Water or white distilled vinegar (cut 50/50 with water) is recommended.
